Kipp6, it wasn't Heroin, nor was it over an extended period of time. Lets just say I know all the ins and outs, family (thankfully not mine) were prepared to help with counselling and rehab, but Govt agencies explained all the benefits of their programme, including, housing, disability pension, no pressure to find work ever, (not that she has ever worked, had 4 kids instead) who are no longer with her. Sad, yes desperately sad, but also infuriating.
