So Hindog, does in make sense to cut one area of welfare spending and increase in it other areas?
Like any sort of welfare there will be some that will rort it, PPL will be open to rorting in a big way. For starters women who don't intend to go back to work will claim it, in fact the PPL makes it easier for them to become stay at home mums
