and that part alone is easily said and long and difficult to do
who will train nuclear specialists?
you can’t just grow your own - you need specialists to train specialists
and if Oz thinks it can pirate them from France or America - lotsa luck there
it takes decades to set up.
To even remotely be thinking about getting a single nuclear power station on the ground working in Oz - I’d say we’re looking at 30 years realistically
