The Coalition’s nuclear energy proposal is expected to includelarge-scale nuclear reactors, not only small modular reactors.

The plan will be considered by shadow cabinet next month as a detailedand costed proposal.

Shadow Climate Change and Energy Minister Ted O’Brien has told TheAustralian a mix of nuclear technologies, including those still underdevelopment, need to be considered in any coal-to-nuclear transition plan.
