Not sure your numbers are right there Rangi. The consolidation, post the 10 cent capital return, is 1:1000, not 1:1m. Most shareholders should end up with a stake, however small. Agree that this post-consolidation value could be what Coastal is looking at, though.
Haven't heard it mentioned anywhere here, so not sure if everyone realises that the Coastal guys are ex-Greenlight, David Einhorn's investment vehicle. They're likely to be very accomplished at arbitrage. Others have questioned their involvement here but I'm happy to have them on our side of the negotiations.
