use the formula 4pie * r squared for the coating and times it by 2.5nm to get the volume
lets say radius of the sphere is 15um
4*3.14 * 15um *15um *2.5nm
4* 3.14* 0.0015* 0.0015* 0.000,002 = .00,000,000,005 mm coating volume
volume sphere = 4/3* pie * r * r
=1.33 * 3.14 * .0015*.0015 = .000,009,3 mm sphere volume
sphere volume /coating volume = 186k times so more like .001% of the volume in coating needed .
