Was the AUZ BFS delay a strategic play? Probably not, but what you are suggesting makes perfect sense. AUZ has one shot at this. Even if it is delayed longer it does not matter. Measure twice, cut once is exactly what the team is doing. Everyone is too impatient, where are the samples, where is the bfs.... I am happy for the company to take the time they need to do a proper job. Optimising the process via the demo plant, exceeding SKIs sulphate specifications! Optimising the placement and workflow of the plant to minimise costs and maximise profits. This is what really matters, and AUZ IS doing it.
