Amigo, thanks for your comment and I think it is good for us to keep talking about these issues. The two companies have to get bak to doing what is expected by shareholders and it up to us to let them know we are on their case. There are two matters here. Firstly, with regards water, most explorers around Broken Hill have postponed operations because of the drought. Secondly, with regards access, I don't know much about the details of the access agreement with the landowner/landowners. however, explorers often give shares to landowners to encourage good relations and gain access. If that is the case, the landowner may not be too happy about the dispute which was brought on by COB and the effect it is having on those shares. Importantly, the Department requires that a company must have a signed agreement with a landowner before doing any exploration, even rock chip sampling. According to the quarterly announcement, BPL has a signed access agreement but COB doesn't have its name on that agreement.
