Capex = $450m
Strip ratio = 3 to 1
3 open pits, 10m benches
Opex = $12 us per pound

@$34 usd / lbs cobalt, 10 year mine life, $450m usd capex, 10% discount rate, gives an NPV around $730m usd, which is nearly 1 bil aus.
