I’m also a shareholder of COB and BPL. Both companies seems to be behaving like spoiled children destroying value for the shareholders. In my opinion that is much more visible in the side os BPL.

In my understanding COB tried to negotiate an extension of the agreement in order to have time to do a proper study and BPL instead of agreeing in a thing that was in the interest of its shareholders decided to get greedy and assumed it was the opportunity of a lifetime to get back a higher portion of the project for free. From there the situation escalated and now both companies are in a much more fragile situation than they were last year. BPL in particular seems to be in dire straits and soon somebody may start asking for the head of Trangie Johnston
