I know nothing about ARL, However consider this when thinking about COB.

LG International would of gone through COB with a fine tooth comb, they would of had the best of the best looking at COB as a company and also at their potential to mine.
LG must of been so conifdent in what they had seen, and they numbers they ran that they felt confident enough to give $6million to COB.
LG's Due diligence approval in COB is a huge tick for me, and gives me the confidence to buy even more COB even at these prices. As far as I can see, this investment from LG is as close to guarantee to COB becoming a actual miner as you can get.
