Great find @Nozza - I was wondering when the US would be joining the race.
I saw recently where Benchmark Minerals were highlighting to a US senate committee just how far the US was falling behind in the race for securing supply of critical materials - maybe this will shake a few things up now that the US is finally on the trail (they have no home supplies of cobalt - somewhat different to the days of black gold when Texans had nodding donkeys all over the place) - seems though China has a head start.
On a lighter note, I see the mentioned in the report that the US Dept of the Interior secretary is a Mr Zinke.............
