They'll simply use (pursuing cobalt) as a means to cloak what lacklustre assays come back in 6 weeks time (if we're lucky) to try and garner enough support from the wilfully blind to prevent sell and off.
KAI has been habitual in doing it with regards to whatever the flavour of the month metal is. Their SP has been all but annihilated.
