    I think this small chart shows that cobalt has moved in some dramaic swings in the past. Traders, China, DRC etc etc, many will have believable storylines as to it why and they no doubt are sure it will be so again. However I don't think so, rather I think the old swings should not be possible in markets complying with Western mandates, IRA and Euro Pack. Some who I belive know the market well still lean towards higher prices than I think, I feel the prices could be healthy but perhaps someplace between the extreams. Does not matter too much really because a market price should make a COB very profitable.
