    We have been ready for a long time Joe. i have decided not to sell considering we are now at the final time mark. All or nothing now.

    We are now in the last quarter, and we have seen delays across the board. Everything is overdue. I'm expecting all the boxes to be ticked before Christmas. Im thinking Permit application to come first.
