I don't think grades or resources are or will be any issue at all, the spec will be battery ready cobalt and the actual resource can grow many fold anyway. Its more the fact it has not yet put runs on the board as far as Mr Market is concerned. The delays with BPL and then to a lessor extent Covid has held things up. But now it is all in COB's domain to show some execution. It is why the Pilot Plant and the subsequent provision of sample product to a growing number of potential customers is a key. Should they achieve delivery of samples at spec in Q1 the SP will be far away from here. I speculate COB will execute on the promises made.
