Have I got this right?
Say you decide to covert 50,000 bpl options to heads @ 8c strike price = $4,000
Then you convert 50,000 heads to COB in specie @ 4.168 = 12,000 COB heads
(and you still have the 50,000 bpl shares)
But, if you wait for the public ipo your $4,000 @ $.20 per COB share = 20,000 COB heads
(and you still hold the bpl options valid for 3 years)
