    I hold BASR but I applied for a lot of Cobalt Blue and just told that my application scaled back by 60% so I am still very happy as I think will double in a few days - everyone is talking about Cobalt price rally and Cobalt Blue IPO - I just spoke to regist and they said with Australian day holiday they are now IPO-ing on ASX on Wednesday 1st February -Go the Rooster in Chinese New Year!
