The DFS for Broken Hill was 99% complete. They just didn't want to release it in a depressed market. This was the last major step. Though do you know if they actually completed all the Enviromental studies for the mine? I don't understand why that work was not submitted.
Yes, 2025 will be a better year, though I'm expecting a small tick up in the price of cobalt.
I hope they don't drag their feet anymore. They need to start construction this year.
