Because your nickel laterite cobalt play held by HRR? would probably require $500m plus CAPEX to get into production using a high pressure acid leach.
All of these plays require complex met skills to get in production. One only needs to look Compass with their leaching issues even at atmospheric pressures.
I really like this project but unlike deejay have no faith that the current management team has the capability to bring it into production.
