How many mining projects does Creasy get involved with? He's a prospector and makes the discovery and moves it on. Done it his whole life. Given the time he's held this tenement too I would suggest he's looking at the sulphide potential of the tenement as the source of the oxide.
If Creasy was serious about developing his ground I'm sure he would have moved a lot earlier. It's not like he's short of a dollar.
None of the current owners are serious about development. If they were a lot more money would be being throw at both sides of the deposit. The window is open but we have all seen how quickly it can close
