It may well be applicable to their resource that would be up to the experts to determine. What we know is they are both laterite and shallow resources. BAR/CNJ have Magnesium as a potential by product whilst CLQ has Scandium.
CLQ have advised that from financing they will require 3 years to construct the mine. Then a further 2 years to ramp up production. From today.... tick all the boxes and BAR/CNJ's solution could be producing in 2-3 years bearing in mind the first three years of production would be their greatest ....as the higher grade ore is near surface. CLQ's proposal is really a nickel mine in my opinion.
