LME site is friendly but teen numbers make it easier for me.

1-month chart shows current 'breather in the upper $13s.

5-year chart shows the importance of $15. A break above $15 sets a a relatively quick move to $20.

Note that the Cobalt Outlook Supply chart has a deficit kicking in during 2018 and the chart indicates a $16 price during that year. $25 follows relatively soon thereafter.
