    Thanks Growler. A lot of policy changes in China and a LOT of new regulations.
    Looks like Cobalt will be a part of all heavy vehicle, e-bus batteries etc from 2017 onward.
    Right now it's all over Chinese language websites so I guess the news will soon leak out in English too.
    Nice to see you here as well...feels like a new energy club sometimes.
    Will start covering Cobalt and Graphite soon on the lithium world site.
