    my understanding the pilot plant to be put on wheels. mobile plant to test in field similar to the process underway in Broken Hill. Mr Isa would have large enough tailings to build a full plant if pilot successful, all the infrastructure in place so capex would/should be low. The potential is significant and the expertise is being built by COB that the rest of world would need to learn from.
