OK thanks as you say its probably pay walled but I have todays physical paper and its back page stuff as you mentioned.

Long story short, it explains a couple of historical cases of users acting on inside info that were prosecuted. Also someone in the industry, who was deliberately manipulating prices through dummy bids etc (and seemingly using H/C somehow part of this but its not explained - leggy comment). And another ex boss of a company actually posting on H/C about his own company !!

The main thrust of the article is a company called Magn1s who is trying to get divulged 15 users who have been 'disparaging' the company and seemingly forcing the share price down. There is quite a lot of detail re this company and the issues involved but the attempted revelation of such users from this company seems quite specific in this case as the company has seemingly suffered they feel as a result they feel.

The headline of 'H/C urges users to come out of closet' seems inconsistent with the main thrust of the article which are very specific cases of people - who should know better - doing the wrong thing, and this other issue re Magn1s whose share price has tanked
