Just spoke to my broker and he said that the Cobalt Blue IPO was oversubscribed just after it opened - he said they need to stay open to increase the quality of the resource to new JORC 2012 standard, which he reckons will make it an even more demanded cobalt stock,
I saw this on SeekingAlpha website
