agree.. who would want to invest in the DRC and its politically unstable environment. Barra's cobalt is in WA, a politically stable state and country with a state govt that encourages safe ethical mining.... a far cry from the DRC. There are very few places to develop cobalt outside the DRC and it takes 10+ years to develop and is capital intensive. Barra dev time is very small and so is the capital investment. Very different environment and I am sure the black cat can see that
