As for China leading the way on Cobalt , it is in my opinion beyond only profit. It is about global economic competition as well as a domestic issue: the Communist party needs to tackle air pollution to remain relevant and ...ultimately in power. Car pollution is a major cause of the smog and going full blast on Electric vehicle makes perfect sense.

Broken Hill could definately take on the role of being the alternate source of secure long term ethically produced cobalt supply outside of DR Congo. With COB diligently working towards becoming a leader in a truly unique cobalt province there is every chance this could become a reality IMO.
