    Thanks for posting but it was so badly written that I gave up after the first paragraph:

    The value of cobalt has jumped 40 per cent up to now this 12 months on persistent demand from electrical automobile makers, underlining the problem in decreasing reliance on the uncommon steel to make batteries for longer-range vehicles.

    It was either written by a robot or translated from Chinese to Greek to Martian and then to English.
