    COB has and continues to de risk the BHCP and move us out of a 'spec' buy category. I don't think anyone here has rose coloured glasses on, we are all waiting eagerly/ anxiously on the pilot program outcome- is the tech / chemistry what our partners are after. each of us has our own inherent risk/ reward tolerance so hold what you are comfortable with and GLTAH
