I agree it has definitely been an advantage
The reality here is that cobalt is in that higher demand and heading higher that it doesn't matter that much if offtake agreements are in place. I'm sure TS will have some shortly but I'm in no way nervous if he doesn't. Project in place virtually funded through to production with Q4 production 2017 of commercial quantities at super high prices.
