Hi @prs you sound very sure, and thats good to see, I hope it works out for you.
But if that is your understanding on how things will play out, you should be concentrating on how to exit your other cobalt investments. Cobalt will remain scarce for many many years to come IMO, hence I suspect I will be in COB for many of them.
