Forgot to mention that the proposed storedot battery price is alteast TWICE MORE than conventional lithium Ion batteries...and that is huge factor...who would want to spend that much to save charging time (which is usually done overnight for most normal people).
Also, only the Trucking Division of Diamler has invested in storebot. Obviously Trucks have the space for huge batteries, and they don't care much about how they look.
Storebot technology could possibly be mainstream possibly in 2030 after much refinement (and long term viability is as yet unproven). So a very long way to go for any viable competition!!
