It seems that quite a few other shareholders are concerned about these sellers that are forcing the share price down. As a member of the so called 92 group I am quite concerned. The big players in the Cobalt market are now attempting to lock in supplies. I can only make an educated guess that someone is attempting to hold the price around the $1.40 mark or less. At $1.26 I did manage to pick up some more shares. At this price a potential "company buy out" offer could be as low as $200,000,000 which is far too low. A serious offer should be $500,000,000. If such an offer should take place, are the company executives allowed to accept, or would they have a general meeting, of shareholders, to vote on the proposal?
