and wait we must...........it seems to be a bureaucratic hold up, something to do with verifying the titles in regard to the holders...i cant verify that, so dont hold me too it, but it makes sense, probably similar to getting proof that the car your buying, is indeed owned by the seller. Wouldnt anyone doing business want to be sure of something like that ??.
In the meantime, let the froth build up on 4CE and VEC, which will have a flow on effect when this deal can be announced
