There is some risk assuming Cobalt mining will be highly profitable in a few years time.
When I searched for future battery technology a lot of alternatives to Li-Ion are described. Cobalt is used in about half of the major types of Li-Ion batterie. As soon as Li-Ion is superseded, then Cobalt demand will take a plunge.
According to Mac Bank, Cobalt's price will peak in about 6 months time. But I didn't check how they predict supply and demand. See https://www.*.com.au/commodity-price-forecasts-cycle-macquarie-2017-10
