There are a number of Canadian mines that are better value( less market cap) with Cobalt included. I originally quoted 1 Billion shares to get this into full production and with the latest CR the shares outstanding should grow to over 300 million with options and management issues. This share is at least 3-5 years away from earnings and full production.
Mining is a long slow process which requires a lot of patience. Management have reported that drilling is going to continue with some of the capital raised.
