    re: uranium - ipo offer / toro As a result AVO's announcement today that Encounter Resources IPO has also closed early and over subscribed, it has further announced that Encounter will list on or about the 24th March. Same as MEP's Toro Energy's anticipated listing date.

    Who will be first? I will back Toro Energy.

    Interesting days ahead.
