What's keeping us down..? is it global Cobalt supply & demand.? Cobalts price seems quite low too.
I can see there's strategic approach we are taking by marketing ourselves last few weeks, I can feel it's directed towards Ore Reserve upgrade more or less in 5 - 6 weeks.
