That reminded me that on 18/10/13 CDU announced that they had done a deal to set up a $100 million loan facility.
it was to take 14 days from then to be completed with documentation.
Its now very close to 3 months plus 14 days since that announcement.
I wonder when that documentation is now due for completion? It appears to be taking a very long time to complete.
