This exact same theory/thing has been said and made use of for well over three or four years now.

But guess what.....While these shares were supposed to be running out such a long time ago, it appears to me that they are still getting sold and it is still continuing unabated.

Maybe we take a closer look to see if someone didn't enter the basement of CDU where the shares printing press is stored, and printing fakes...
