The biggest problem I see is what seems to be the dominance of traders and not investors in the company. They are more interested in the day-to-day or few day's movement of share price, not the company's longer term prospects. Presumably they would have little interest in the company's cobalt prospects. Perhaps they think that would reduce the price volatility on which they thrive. Seems DL is beginning to move shareholders into a paradigm shift re. what the company is--he has a real task ahead. One hope is that increasing international exposure will bring in actual investors who can appreciate what cobalt can mean.

Your post is a classic example of growing cobalt demand.
