Yes I believe the same. We need to work more with the EU (and US and India and others) for mutual benefits.

Then we also from memory have the conspiracy theory that China somehow to some degree controls the rare minerals market or at the very least manipulates the market to suit their agenda.

The recent change in the foreign politics around the world and us working with the US in relation to I believe scandium is very interesting in that regard..

Just hope that BB is all on top of the changing markets! One positive is the announcement that the demo plant continues to produce scandium to some unknown developer.

Sorry that was a bit of topic. I just think that cobalt and scandium (and of course Nickel) must be run together.
