Ok but If the potential is as good as the company reports say, with no debt, are they not a potential takeover targets especially at these prices.
Is the board and management NOT concerned about how vulnerable they have become right now ?
Or does company silence mean bad news is coming ?
Even when the company offers good news the market just does not respond in kind to HLX, why is this so ?
