Why not propose a set of resolutions that we can review & amend as necessary and then call for a shareholder's meeting.
Maybe during the process before the shareholder's meeting someone from the board may look at this thread and act on it before shareholder's force the company into action.
For private companies, shareholders generally need to provide 30 days notice to the company, but I am unsure what the rules are with ASX listed company's.
