After a word with my accountant this morning I think the real questions might be ;

1) Were Cobham licenses with AEM set to expire sometime in 2020 voided when Cobham was sold to Advent in January 2020?

2) Who currently owns the entity which SMN designates as “a key customer” and provided 46% of revenue in 2021?

3)Why has the SMN CFO/ accountant been consistently amortising the ‘key customer’ licenses at 3.5 years remaining since at least 2019?

4) MOST IMPORTANT … Why has the SMN auditor not queried this

5) Who is the SMN auditor.

On behalf of any woolly headed naive investors thr SCS ( a division of the Number Twos Ladies Detective Agency) looked up the auditor on the last half yearly report.

Nick Hollens signed off on it.
He is employed by UK Audit company called Elderton according to the report.

For anyone who wants to ask him direct it seems he also might be found via his company Elderton Capital based in Perth, Western Australia .
