So when the licenses came up for renewal in 2020 if Advent was at that time still the owner of the ‘key customer’ it might have simply renewed them ( surely the easiest option for a corporate raider with lots of work on its hands breaking up more valuable parts of Cobham?)
Or if Advent had already sold the Cobham entity that included AEM’s key customer when the licenses came up for renewal then it would depend on if the new owner wanted to continue the AEM relationship and if so for how long?
