Whilst I am dubious as to the value of this entire thread, the answer to your question about amortisation rate is very simple. They simply haven't updated the wording in the Note since the 2019 Annual Report. This can happen with Accounts preparation - you get so focused on making sure the numbers are balanced and correct that updating the word part gets missed.
Look at the tables from the 2021 AR. License Agreement balance at June 2019 was $76k Amortisation is $21/22m p.a. So it was 3.5 years at June 2019. Balance of $53k at June 2020 was 2.5 years, balance of $32k at June 2021 is 1.5 years.
Certification is the same. Technology is a bit different as they have capitalised additional costs FY 2021, so there is no longer a single "remaining period" for the balance, it will be a mix of end dates.
