Correction - Cobham sale was settled in January 2020.
And it may be that nothing has changed in the way any business is done bar the unfortunate fact that AEM has not announced any renewal of contracts, or officially stated its’ major customer is now called Canyon….
(the UK-based part of the business was also re-christened, back to its’ original name - Chelton; https://www.chelton.com/about-us/latest-thinking/cobham-aerospace-connectivity-rebrands-as-chelton/ )… and that Canyon, whilst operating out of the same facility that it ‘always’ has, now has a new senior management in place.
Is AEM essential enough to sign new contracts with Canyon?
Will an update on this situation be given in the July report?
